Razer Deathadder v2 Pro 2.4 Connection Issue

2.4Ghz mode keeps disconnecting when game heats up. Quick movements = Disconnects i dont understand my internet router maybe blocking signal or what ? Because my wifi sometimes starts tweaking when i switch 2.4Ghz

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
