RAZER Deathadder v2 pro disconnecting using 2.4 ghz dongle

I have a problem with my RAZER Deathadder v2 pro mouse. It keeps disconnecting when I use the 2.4ghz dongle, but it works fine with Bluetooth or wired connection.

I followed all the steps in the support page, but nothing works. I updated the firmware, reset the mouse, changed the USB port, and even tried it on another computer. The dongle just loses connection randomly and reconnects after a few seconds.

This is very frustrating and I don't know what to do. Is there a way to fix this issue or get a replacement dongle?
