Razer Deathadder v2 Pro dongle connect loop

The dongle was working perfectly up until this morning where it started doing the connect disconnect loop on windows. I tried different ports, same issue. Used it on a mac and had the same loop issue trying to connect. I have been using this mouse for about 1 year now with no issues. Mouse works ok if I connect it with the cable

    I have also tried to to the firmware update, pairing utility and nothing works as it never fully connects, also running latest software for synapse

    Please check if the issue persists if the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled. If the pairing issue is still happening, then please clear all Razer Synapse-related files from your PC by downloading and installing the Razer Driver Clean-up tool. Once done, please restart your computer, install all available updates, and try pairing your mouse again to your computer. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
