razer deathadder v2 pro dongle keeps disconnecting

hey since a few days my razer  deathadder v2 pro dongle keeps connetcting and disconnecting. Sometimes it even stays disconnectet. Ive searched for a solution and  found out many other got the same  problems but i didnt find a solution. Ive tried sticking the dongle in every possible usb port, tried to update the mouse or even resetting it with LMB + RMB + Wheel button but nothing changed. It would really be a shame if i have to get another mouse, because this one was really expensive and i only got it for like half a year

    Hello there, ​@BlueGepard!

     

    Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into you PC’s motherboard. You can also reinstall its drivers and update the firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
