I just bought a Deathadder v2 pro and the wireless dongle keeps disconnecting and windows says its a driver error so I can’t pair it or update it. Is it a faulty dongle or it can be fixed?

Does your mouse work via Bluetooth or wire? To isolate the issue, please test the device with a different computer that doesn’t have Razer Synapse and check if the same problem persists.
