I just bought a Deathadder v2 pro and the wireless dongle keeps disconnecting and windows says its a driver error so I can’t pair it or update it. Is it a faulty dongle or it can be fixed?

Does your mouse work via Bluetooth or wire? To isolate the issue, please test the device with a different computer that doesn’t have Razer Synapse and check if the same problem persists. You can also perform the troubleshooting here. If the steps didn’t help, PM me your device serial number so I can verify its model and provide other workarounds. All the best!
