Razer Deathadder v2 pro dongle not working

Hi,


I purchased the Razer Deathadder v2 pro last year but had an issue connecting it via 2.4ghz dongle. I tried the troubleshooting steps on the forums of reinstalling drivers, reinstalling the synapse app and others but the issue still persists.

Got a replacement 2 times but the same issue persists after connecting it to my pc. (Tested it on the store before and it worked)

I now have my 3rd replacement and now the same issue persists it does not connect wirelessly through the dongle. It only works when connected via the included USB cable and via bluetooth.

I have also reformatted my pc before I tested it again cause I was thinking it was a software that I installed before that bricked the usb dongle.
