Hi, last week my mouse stopped showing synapse3, I updated everything, reinstalled the drivers, but it didn't help. I downloaded the file - Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool 1.0.0.7 and followed the instructions, but also nothing. FirmwareUpdater also didn't help me but usb bluetooth connected, the next step of cable connection no longer worked. We tested the mouse on two other devices, one did the same and the other wrote an error - USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED - the last usb device connected to this computer is not working properly and windows did not recognize it.
I don't know what to do anymore.

I appreciate your effort in doing those troubleshooting steps. Scan/repair your Synapse by following this guide. Should the problem persists, please PM me a screenshot of the error to validate things from my end and give a proper solution to this matter.
