As the title says, my mouse stopped working at 2.4. Previously I had the same issue I changed the dongle and it worked for a year, but now it stopped working again. Sometimes it works for a couple of seconds when reset to off then on. On razer synapse it appears when it is working and dissapears when it stops. Tried all the possibilities with firmware, razer synapse, drivers, windows updates etc., so I am ruling out software issue. It seem to be a dongle issue AGAIN. How can it be that dongles last only a year or two? What seems to be the issue? Poor quality?
