Just bought my Razer Deathadder V2 Pro Wireless online. It came yesterday and when I tried using the item, it's not working through Bluetooth and 2.4GHZ connection. The only way I can use my mouse right now is when I connect it to the charger cable to the desktop and mouse and this makes my purchase of wireless gaming go to waste. Does anyone experience the same thing?
Is the issue happening when Synapse is running in the background? Have you tried pairing your device using the Razer Mouse Pairing Utility? If you haven't, please click this link.
