Used the mouse for two years (Bought in August 2020)
There were no problems at all (except for problems with macros due to the crooked razer synapse 3.0 software)
During the last two days I actively used macros. Today, after turning on the computer, the mouse has a problem, it only reacts to a long press of any button (about half a second). The problem disappears after the first long press for a while, after which it reappears.
Solved the problem by rolling back drivers to regular mouse drivers (HID compliant device)
Only because of this, I cannot use macros and any features of razer synapse 3.0, because this requires a device definition, which is not possible without native drivers.

ok i solved the problem myself. You just need to update the firmware version.
I feel sorry for those who are not particularly versed in computers, because they are unlikely to solve this problem on their own.
And the speed and quality of support leave much to be desired, for what I said about the driver malfunction, I was advised to blow the hole with the wheel with compressed air lol. As if this air will magically rewrite the software (considering that almost no one has it at home)
