RAZER DEATHADDER V2 X HYPERSPEED DEAD, CURSOR DRIFTING AND NOT RESPONDING TO ANY INPUT

My mouse, as listed in the title, is slowly drifting across my screen and doesn’t respond to ANY inputs. I can’t use my mouse at all and I have tried the following:

 

Cleaning my surface (Issue persists)

Trying a different surface (Issue persists)

Plugging in the mouse into another PC (issue persists)

Tried resetting my mouse to factory default settings through holding down mouse button shortcuts I’ve googled but none have worked.

Cleaned the sensor (Issue persists)

Used a different mouse (Which is the one I’m using now and it’s working fine.)

Tried using the mouse with Razer Synapse closed (Issue persists)

Tried restarting my PC (Issue persists)

 

I wrote an identical post last week (no answer) and it’s quite opaque how to start claims in Europe.

Considering I already had to buy a replacement (same model, because apparently I put the M in S/M), it would be really nice if someone would explain to me if there’s a way to get a refund.
