Razer Deathadder v2 X hyperspeed mouse censor stuck issue

Does anyone have a similar issue whereby your deathadder v2 is connected via usb dongle however once in a while, the mouse censor will get stuck but background app is still running and moving. any idea why is it happening?

    Does the behavior happen while the mouse is plugged into a different USB port or computer? Ensure to connect the device's USB dongle directly to your computer's USB port. Also, reset the mouse through the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings and how it goes. I’ll be locking this thread now.
