I have a problem with my RAZER Deathadder v2 pro mouse. It keeps disconnecting when I use the 2.4ghz dongle, but it works fine with Bluetooth. The mouse just loses connection randomly and reconnects after a few seconds. This is very frustrating and is there a way to fix this issue or get a replacement dongle?
