Had Razer Deathadder v2 x Hyperspeed, one morning it suddenly stopped working, slowly drifting across my screen and doesn’t respond to ANY inputs, bluetooth and dongle both don’t work. Tried to enter into bluetooth pairing mode, blue light is only consistenly on but doesn’t go into blinking/ bluetooth pairing. I can’t use my mouse at all and I have tried the following:

 

Cleaning my surface

Trying a different surface

plugging in the mouse into another PC (issue persists. So I know it’s in the mouse itself)

Used a different mouse on both tested PC 

Tried resetting my mouse to factory default settings through holding down mouse button shortcuts I’ve googled but none have worked.

Cleaned the sensor 

Tried using the mouse with Razer Synapse closed 

Tried restarting my PC

 

The mouse is not working at all
