razer deathadder v3 bağlantı kopuyor.

The connection has been lost. I plugged the mouse into the motherboard, formatted the computer, Razer synapses are up to date. s/n: (removed)

Hi ismailKarasu,

I understand that you’re experiencing a connection issue with a Razer DeathAdder V3. Is there any noticeable physical damage from the device or cable? Try plugging the mouse into different USB ports on your computer to see if one of them works better. To further isolate the issue, please try to uninstall the mouse drivers. If the problem persists, PM the proof of purchase so I can check its warranty. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. I hope to hear from you soon.

I tried all USB ports, I uninstalled and installed the drivers, the cable is very soft, it is difficult to understand if there is a problem, there is not even a scratch on the mouse.

Did you’ve tried on another device? Also does the sensor light come up when you’ll connect it to the PC (it’s slightly visible in phone camera - should be some purple-ish light inside).

If it’s completely dead, then I’d submit a case with Razer Support: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/

Let me summarize now: Every time I turn on the computer, I hear USB input and output sounds. Sometimes it takes 10 seconds, sometimes it takes 15 seconds. At that time, the mouse does not react in any way. I tried it on my laptop and it gives the same error.
The light next to the dpi button is on, but as I said, it does not react for 15 seconds, and this annoys me.
