i just bought that mouse and random time cursor freeze for 1 or 2 sec, and is moving. i don t know if it s because i don t use mousepad or the sensor has some problems. in past i had basislisk v3 and it worked very good without mousepad.

Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other troubleshooting steps along the way. Looking forward to your response!
