Razer Deathadder V3 disconnect and reconnect at Starting

Hi support team,

My DeathAdder V3 (purchased July 2026) is experiencing frequent disconnect/reconnect cycles (4–5 times in a row) during rapid movements or whenever the mouse is lifted off the mousepad. This occurs consistently right after system boot-up and after waking the PC from sleep mode. While it eventually stabilizes after a few minutes, the behavior repeats daily.

I have already tried:

-Clean reinstall of Razer Synapse (and tested with Synapse completely closed).

-Updated to the latest firmware via the Razer firmware updater.

-Disabled USB Selective Suspend / USB Power Management in Windows Device Manager.

-Tested on different USB ports (direct motherboard ports, no hubs).

-Verified the issue persists across different PCs.

 

None of these steps resolved the problem.

    Since you’ve already ruled out Synapse, USB power settings, different ports, and even tested the mouse on multiple PCs, this sounds more like a hardware or connection issue with the mouse itself. The fact that it happens specifically during rapid movement or when lifting the mouse is an important clue. I’d contact Razer support with the troubleshooting steps and purchase date you’ve already documented and ask whether they can arrange a replacement or further hardware testing.
