Razer Deathadder v3 DPI not working

I can't change the DPI on my mouse, I have taken out the sensitivity levels and only play on an 800 DPI but I can turn it down to 100 and it stays the same DPI and even the 800 DPI feels more like 1200 or 1600 but not 800. I switched from my Logitech mouse to this and so far I've only had problems

Have you tried performing the steps from this article? You can try logging in as a Synapse guest user and see if the issue persists. Otherwise, reset the mouse in the Razer Synapse setting and see how it goes. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
