Everything worked fine for me, but recently the mouse stopped working via 2.4 GHz dongle. The mouse only works via wire.I can't update the mouse drivers for wireless connection, because my computer doesn't see the adapter, for the same reason, I can't update the firmware or use razer applications (hyperpulling or mouse pairing tool).Removing via device manager doesn't work, any combination of USB ports doesn't work eitherWhat's interesting is that I just bought this new computer, and the wireless connection worked for a couple of hours before rebooting or before I connected the Internet. But now it doesn't work and I don't know what to do about it.The mouse has been working reliably for almost a year now. And one more interesting note. My friend recently bought himself the same mouse, about a month or two ago. And he also started having these problems at about the same time as me.
