razer deathadder v3 pro dongle

 Razer Deathadder V3 Pro. The mouse is working when I plug the cable, but I can’t make it work wireless with the dongle.

In fact, the dongle isn’t even detected by my computer (can’t see it on my devices manager). I tried to make it work on another computer, but it doesn’t work either.

I’m here to help. I understand that your Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro dongle is no longer detected. To isolate the issue, please perform the additional steps below:

  1. Connect the USB dongle directly to the PC and verify there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.
  2. Update the Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro firmware by the steps here.
  3. Download and run the Pairing Utility for your mouse.
