Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro Dongle Not Detected – Replacement Request

Hello,

My Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro wireless dongle is completely undetected , bricked. It does not appear in Windows Device Manager, Linux lsusb, dmesg -w, or journalctl -kf on multiple USB ports and multiple systems. There is no USB enumeration at all.

The mouse itself works when connected by cable, but the wireless dongle appears to be dead. I have already tried different USB ports, different computers, Windows, and Linux, but the dongle shows no sign of life.

Because the dongle is not detected at all, I cannot use the firmware updater or Synapse to repair or re-pair it. Also, as far as I can see, replacement dongles for this model are not sold separately in Turkey, so I cannot simply buy a new one locally.

Could you please help me get a replacement wireless dongle for my Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro, or provide another solution so I can use the mouse wirelessly again?

Thank you.
