Razer Deathadder V3 Pro has stopped working wirelessly

As the titles says, my Deathadder V3 Pro Wireless has suddenly stopped working wirelessly without warning as I was using it normally, with only a white light flashing on the LED. I have so far tried: using different USB ports, updating firmware, reinstalling drivers, restarting my system, and initiating factory reset on the mouse itself. 

So far it works perfectly well when plugged in, and I have managed to achieve a temporary wireless connection with the dongle itself when plugged into my PC directly instead of the brick included, however the connection only lasts ~15 seconds until it disconnects again and the LED begins flashing white. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We’re leaning toward a dongle defect right here. Is it possible for you to try plugging the dongle into a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, please send me your mouse’s serial number via PM so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.

Hello ​@Lopezuelo,

Can you connect the mouse to another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
