I just received my Razer Deathadder V3 Pro, opened and installed without issue, button 4 and button 5 don’t work. I’ve tried binding them and binding them back. Reseting the mouse by holding, left, right and middle but it’s still not working. No app registers mouse button 4 and mouse button 5 clicks.

I’m here to help. Does this issue happen while you are wireless or wired? Can you test if the problem occurs even when the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled?
