Hello,
It has been almost 3 weeks since I posted a support ticket to Razer support about my mouse scroll wheel acting weird. But I have not gotten any response whatsoever, and I’m getting desperate to the point where I’m considering just buying another mouse.
Essentially, the issue is that the scroll wheel seems to have issues sensing when a “step” is made. This results in jumps back and forth when scrolling. For example, consider yourself browsing the web and scrolling down a long page, when you scroll the page will jump up and down randomly, making it a veeeery unpleasant experience.
In games that uses the scroll, it also becomes an issue since you can not rely on the scroll accurately sending the correct signal.
From what I’ve heard it is unfortunately a decently common issue on various Razer mice and thus the support should be able to help, especially since the mouse is only ~1 year old.
Now, since I don’t seem to get any response, and this issue is driving me crazy, is there anything else I can do to hopefully improve the situtation? I’ve tried blowing air into the cracks to remove dust and stuff, but that didn’t help.
Thank you!
