Razer Deathadder v3 Takes several seconds to work when switching computers

I switch back and forth between multiple computers with a USB switcher when I'm working, and my mouse consistently takes ~5 seconds to work when I switch device. Other devices attached to the switcher don't have this problem. If I plug the mouse in via USB instead of using the wireless dongle the delay is much less pronounced, but I don't have this problem with equivalent Logitech mice running wirelessly. I have to suspect it's whatever mechanism that triggers the "do you want to install razer synapse" popup taking a while to transfer whatever data it needs to, and if that's the case can I disable it entirely?
