I was playing a game and the mouse stopped working. I heard disconnect windows voice. I removed the mouse and plugged it back in, also i try other usb ports but the problem was not resolved.
I restarted the computer, but the problem still was not resolved.
I just see sensor red light in the bottom of mouse. Dpi light not working but I can see the DPI light sometimes flashes when i run my finger onto the optical sensor.
Please help me.

+1Try to bend the cable in a different places to check if it’ll disconnect or not (you can also try moving the USB plug up/down when in usb port). Also did you’ve tried it on another PC without Synapse installed?

Did you update the firmware? Because mine started with that issue after updating to v1.02.00_r1
