I’ve been using the Razer Deathadder V3 wired yesterday it stop working. I can see the optical laser is on and the DPI light sometimes flashes when i run my finger onto the optical sensor. The optical laser is on when plugged in but window dosent detect the mouse, it dosent even show up in the device manager under mice and pointing devices. Before this its works perfectly even detectable on the synapse app. (Sorry my english is bad i take sentences from other topic who had same problem with me.)
Mine detects and works it’s the fact that it randomly freezes/stutters as the sensor just abruptly stops working
I have the same issue. I’ve noticed that hitting num lock seems to cause it to be permanently frozen until i unplug it or reboot. This issue seems to pop up more often when i’m in the middle of playing a game.
