So, my Deathadder V3 Wired suddenly stopped working after unplugging it and plugging again, there’s still the DPi light on but the Windows doesn’t recognize it anymore and I’ve tested the same USB port with my old Deathadder Elite Chroma and it works ok and it’s being recognize by the Windows… no idea what happened since the mouse is ok, the cable is ok and it was working fine.

I’d also test it on another PC, to confirm it’s dead or not.

You can try factory reset, if you haven’t tried it yet:

  1. Unplug mouse from PC
  2. Hold down left mouse button, right mouse button and scroll wheel button (together!)
  3. While holding the 3 buttons, plug mouse to the PC
  4. Keep it holding for about 5-10 seconds.

But if it'll be still dead - then RMA it.

I’ll test it on another PC tomorrow, but I just tried the factory reset and noticed that when I do it, the DPI light doesn’t even turn on. When I plug it in without the reset, the DPI red light does turn on. Also, one thing I forgot to mention is that in Windows Device Manager it only shows up as 'HID-compliant mouse'.

Already tested it on another PC and it’s not working, so it’s dead :/
