Razer Deathstalker rgb lights doesn't work anymore

I currently have a razer deathslakter keayboard and the lights recently went off. I use razer synpase 2.0 (as the keyboard isn't supported anymore by recent 3.0) and the software doesn't even recognise the keyboard... I tried uplug/replug and update the drivers but it does nothing.... Anyone had this problem ? having a rgb keyboard doesn't feel the same without lifhts on....

    Is it possible for you to connect it to a different computer and check if it has the same issue? For now, try performing a clean reinstallation of your Synapse. If the behavior is still present, please send me the serial number of your device via PM. That way, I can look for possible solutions and help you out better. I'll lock this thread now.
