Razer deathstalker v2 pro tkl not work properly

Synapse 3 is for sure updated at the latest version, i already double checked to be sure. The keyboard too is updated with the latest firmware and i tried already different usb port , i tried with cable and wireless but nothing changed. I even tried without synapse app ( unistalled completely ) and same result. Fun fact is that on the very first try of the keyboars was that FN keys + F11 worked for low bright and FN + F12 worked for high bright . Now even those 2 does not work anynore. I also noticed that sometimes i have some aggressive spam of some keys ( mostly F7 and some other similar ) on browser page

Hey, did you find out? I’m pissed since I  found this out in my dota match, that no matter what but F1 button doesn’t respont at all, even when I'’m out of the game

Hey, so im sure that was a defective keyboar. I wont explaine in details because its a long story , but surely was a defective keyboard. Ordered a new one while waiting for refund of the “old” , already arrived and everything works perfectly now..no software issue, no trouble since the first start etc
