Razer Diamondback scroll wheel

After a couple of years the scroll wheel of my Diamondback doesn't work / is bugged, i.e. whenever I scroll (webpage, word, game) the page jumps up and down. Can anybody help me with this? Let me know if you need additional infos.

    Have you updated the latest firmware of your device? Were there any changes made to your system or device before the issue? Try to isolate the behavior by following the steps from this page. Also, you can use a can of compressed air to the affected scroll wheel and see if it helps. Do send me a PM should the issue persists.
