My Orichi V2 dongle cause the freezing the explorerfor a long period when a user is already loged in the computer. this is similar to: /razer-driver-issue-windows-hangs-during-logon-if-another-is-already-log.70743/#post-734223 /razer-driver-causes-windows-to-hang-if-a-second-user-logs-on.69999/#post-731470 This seems an issue with the dongle usb and Windows 10..

Have you tried using another device on your computer and check if it has the same issue? Please send me the serial number of your device, along with a screenshot of your MSINFO32 via PM. I can use those to look into possible solutions. Let's take it from there. I'll lock this thread now.
