Razer Electra Does not work

I was using them and then they went mute. I tried all the usb ports on my laptop and it wouldn't work. Got to some research and i tried doing a firmware update. Said "firmware update failed. please unplug your headset and try again", so i did. A lot. Still wouldn' work. Really need help on this cause i use it for school and it really mea a lot i you guys could help me with this.

Based on your description of the problem, you highly likely have a headset with a faulty USB controller. There isn't much that we can do about it since it is hardware-related. That said, please send me the serial number so I can check the warranty status and look into your RMA options. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
