Razer Electra V2

Hello Since this afternoon my (20days or something) headphones razer electra v2 stopped working This is the image i'm getting since. I've managed to install all the drivers windows was requiring (they were all up to date), but there was a little update that was needed and still didnt worked. I've tried to install the razer surround, but i cant use it because i don't know where are the cd keys required. I've also installed the razer synapse but, since the headphones aren't recognized by the windows nothing shows on synapse as well. The headphones are in perfect shape, they never fell or something like that. They just stopped working, and that error started to appear
