Hi, my headphones stopped working. Suddenly they stopped working. No sound or microphone. Once I connect them to my computer, "Razer synapse" will record them. Even windows will record the connection of the headphones. In razer synapse, I can control the headphones as much as I want but they don't work. (Razer electra v2). Ďakujem

      Is it the usb connection one or headphone jack one ?

      Can you check if its showing the audio output device razer electra here when you click on sound icon.

      @Radiskooo You'll want to check if the drivers aren't showing any errors on the Device Manager. I would even recommend reinstalling the headset drivers entirely, then running Windows Updater to make sure you get Microsoft-signed drivers. If all else fails, don't hesitate to send me a PM.
