Hello @Simondgf! I appreciate you've reached out to us regarding your Razer Electra V2's mic concern. Parts replacement and repairs for keyboards is not yet an option from Razer. If it's purchased from a local reseller and within the warranty period, you can contact your reseller so you can get a faster replacement. Hello, the microphone of my Electra V2 broke but i haven´t got the serial number anymore is it possible to purchase a replazemant and if how ?

Hello there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Have you tried setting it on Windows sound properties under output devices?
