Razer Electra v2 not recognized

My razer electra v2 is not recognized not only with my pc but with my laptop too, keeps saying " Usb device not recognized"

Does the issue occur while the Razer Synapse 2.0 is enabled or disabled? Have you tried connecting the device to a different computer and check if it's detected? If it's detected, please isolate this behavior by repairing your Razer Synapse and see if it helps.

Same probleme here, because the pc and laptop keep saying "Usb device not recognized". Razor Synaps 2.0 dont sees the divice, so the R.Synaps can't do anything. Tried Firmware v14_r2 updater, the same reaction. PS I used the firnware updater 2 days before for solving the bad audio and it was succeed. My Razor Electra V2 USB worked probely for 2 days.
