Razer ELECTRA V2 Product number .. can't find it

Hi everyone, I have a Razer ELECTRA V2 USB headsets and I'm trying to register to get the pro access to Razer Synapse, I don't have the box anymore, and when I remove the earcups I just found the Serial number (and a model number) but I didn't find the product number. I tried to email the support through https://mysupport.razer.com but I keep receiving "Network Error". Can anybody help with that ?! Thanks...
