Razer Electra v2 registring as CONEXANT USB AUDIO


So... I saw many people having problems with that, but I couldn't really find any solution. It's not showing up in Synapse, I reinstalled the drivers and restarted the PC and nothing... still stuck it being broken. It makes weird robot-like noises which makes me not able to do anything with them because it just hurts.

I have the same problem. Before i could fix it by replugging it. Today its completely not working anymore, USB hubs changed, drivers installed and also tried firmware updater, but its not showing up anymore or working.

Hey there! I appreciate that you've tried resolving the headset's issue on your own. By the way, are you using a USB hub or the headset is directly connected to your computer's USB port? should the issue persists, please send me a PM.

Tengo el mismo problema, mi versión USB de razer electra, se desconectó, hasta que en una ocasión ya no funcionó, mi PC lo reconoce como razer electra, pero al verificar el mezclador de volumen, va del 0 por ciento al 100 y es diferente , encaja aclarar que sus luces no se encienden !!! ¿Qué debo hacer? Ayuda, no tengo su factura de compra o su caja debido a problemas de mudanza gracias

Same problem :( but i think is worse, i can't update the firmware and doesn't show up in any form

There's only the firmware updater in that page, and as my headphones are conexant they cant be detected by the firmware updater so I cant update them
