Razer Electra V2 stopped working out of nowhere


Hello readers, Maybe someone can help me with my Razer Electra V2 headset, in the past I had some problems with this device and these problems are: sound stops working (re-plug the usb), microphone sounds weird. But today I was playing CS:GO nothing going on I just had sound.... and my headset stopped giving sound, so I though ahh okay I have to Re-Plug it again and than its okay. But no It does not give any sounds anymore but the lights on the sides of the headset are still working!! Also I cant open my device at Razer Synapse V2 for no reason and if I go to Warranty Status my device is still there!?! I also tried the Electra V2 Firma-updater but this was at the latest version already. Oh and yesterday my windows got updated I dont know if thats maybe the problem? I hope someone can help me with this..... With kind regards John

Hi Asyziam, Yesterday I had the same problem! I was streaming and the headset stopped working. I unplugged and plugged it in again, it worked for about 3 seconds and died again. After the headset stops working there is a low volume "pop" noise every second, like a "mini explosion", I don't know if yours do it too. I really hope Razer finds a solution for this product. Here in Brazil the price is quite high and I expected to have no problems buying it. :( BR, Patrick

Hi Asyziam, Yesterday I had the same problem! I was streaming and the headset stopped working. I unplugged and plugged it in again, it worked for about 3 seconds and died again. After the headset stops working there is a low volume "pop" noise every second, like a "mini explosion", I don't know if yours do it too. I really hope Razer finds a solution for this product. Here in Brazil the price is quite high and I expected to have no problems buying it. :slightly_sad: BR, Patrick
Note: On my macbook the headset works perfectly!
