Razer Electra V2 - surround pro code problem

Hello. Well, I just bought Razer Electra V2 headphones few days ago, and they are great and all. I went ahead and downloaded Razer synapse, and I registered my product on the website before that. The thing is I did not get any code for unlocking surround pro options, and it's clearly stated that I should get it when I register my product. Strange thing is that my headphones are already listed when I click on "register a Razer product", but I can't click on them or anything. So yeah, I was wondering what should I do next to get that key, or I'm doing something wrong here. Thanks.

Sorry bud, but the code generation for the Surround Pro has long been discontinued, and from the looks of it, your headset is newly registered, so you probably don't have a code linked to your account yet. Do send me a PM so I can verify it.

Well, yes... I registered it just few days ago when I bought it, and I never had a Razer product before... So that basically means I'm out of luck, and I can only purchase code if I want? That really sucks if that's the case...
