I recently bought Razer Electra v2 USB headphones.2-3 times per day the sound randomly disappears until i replug the usb again than it comes back.I have tried everything-reinstalled drivers, tried all my usb ports, reinstalled synapse programs, tried the headphones on another pc(same issue persists).I saw in other forum threads that other ppl are having the same issue but couldn't find any solution.I would really appreciate some help.Thank you in advance.

I think the best way to handle this issue is sending it for warranty. When you have the same issue on other pc it could mean it my be a hardwere issue.
Hi! When this happens, is there any error message? Or like a notification that the headset has been disconnected? Also, I sent you guys a PM, hit me up with a reply including your serial and product numbers @LookAround93 @gfl1973 and I'll look into this.
Last time i loss the sound i saw in the system tray (volume icon) that the electra adapter was gone, like if the headset usb was not plugged in but without msg. After plug again the adapter came alive and the sound too.
I see. I sent you a PM. let's continue from there. 🙂
