Razer Electra V2 USB not being recognized by Windows anymore

I was playing league when suddenly my headset went silent when i disconected and the reconected the headset windows didnt recognized it ,No chance to update the drivers cause device is not plugged... according to windows it says usb device unknown

Same here bro, just try with the support channels. Seems like some Electra V2 USB has this issue.
