Razer electra v2 usb not detected

yesterday i was playing and out of the thin air sound stopped working and the whole headset isnt working! tried it on 2 other pc and the same problem cant use frimware updater because it cant detect the headset this is not acceptable from a huge company like razer for its products to stop working without any reason like that, and thats not the only issue i have been having with the headset, its just full of bugs and failures, sometime the sound stops, sometime the sound glitches, and sometimes i does not work at all..... i know there is no solution for this, i am just writing this to razer so they can work harder on their products oh and i cant replace it because i have passed the warranty limit... error code (code 43)
