Razer Electra v2 USB Not Recognized

So I have been using my Razer Electra v2 USB for around a year, and then suddenly in the middle of a game, they stopped working. When I try to reconnect them it just says USB Device Not Recognized and the error code 43. I tried putting into other usb ports, and my ps4, and nothing worked. Hope I get to fix this error

    If you get the same results on another platform like a PS4, the headset is highly likely dead. Do send me a PM with the serial number so we can try to isolate the issue.

    Please indicate what version of Windows your PC is running. I'd appreciate it if you can send me a PM with the serial number of your headset. That way, I can validate the model and look into model-specific solutions.
