Razer Electra V2 USB not recognized

Hello everyone, Today I switched on my PC and my Razer Electra V2 USB headset stopped working. It has always been plugged in my pc, since I never disconnect it. I've tried to reconnect and the pc returned the error: unknown USB device. I tried to update the drivers, however Synapse doesn't seem to recognize anything and I can't upload the new firmware since I can't click the upload button because the USB is not recognized. The headset is fairly new, since I purchased it a month ago. Please help!

      Any News yet ? i have the same issue and the solution is nowhere to be found.

        same error here! today my electra go with error 43 in device manager and become unrecognized

        Tengo el mismo problema desde la semana pasada, dejo de funcionar y ya he hecho lo de desinstalar de mis dispositivos en el Administrador de Windows y desinstalar Synapse
