razer electra v2 usb sound problem
hello. my razer electra v2 just stopped working today. on windows it shows audio 100% and i cannot change it and no audio comes out of headphones even tho windows says that the headphones are getting audio. i tried firmware update but it already says 14. tried reinstalling it and updating windows but noting works. please any help would be good.

Hey there! Thanks for sharing this on our Support board. By the way, have you tried connecting the headset to a different USB port on your PC? Have you tested it on a different PC as well? Please check your Windows Sound applet in the Taskbar and see which device is your default device and default communication device. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM.
