when I play a game, I stop hearing about my headset. To hear something about the headset again, I always have to plug it out and in.
What do you think can help me to fix the problem?

Hello there! Is the Electra V2 USB being properly recognized by your PC as well as Synapse? Can you share a screenshot of your Playback devices?
I do not use synapse because the quality of the micro has worsened when I installed synapse. The headset is recognized by the PC.
