Razer Electra V2 USB suddenly disconnected .

I bought a razer Electra v2 USB version 2 weeks ago. when I used it for the first time it was working fine . all of a sudden when I was playing games or listening to music it disconnects and I have to unplug the headset and reconnect it to work again. Anyone can help with this issue? Thank you Note: my product serial number: <removed by mod>

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Electra V2 USB's concern here. Does the issue happen while connecting the headset to a different USB port on your PC? Are you connecting the headset to a USB hub? Also, have you tested the headset to a different computer and see if the same behavior happens?
