I purchased my Razer Enki X chair 5+ years ago, and by now, its warranty has expired.
[removed by moderator] (but I won’t divulge more than that in a public space).
Recently, I noticed that the chair had begun to wobble and tilt uncomfortably.
It also has a tendency to try and rotate into a “valley” when you sit in it.
From my observations, I suspect that the gas cylinder has been damaged.
I’ve tried to find out what kind of model the cylinder is so that I can purchase the right replacement,
but I’ve been unable to find any information under the chair’s technical specifications beyond it being a “class 4 gas lift”.
I’ve also not been able to find any official Razer shop where I can find/purchase any Enki X spare parts.
Am I just forced to take a chance and buy a new cylinder from a third party, or just buy a new chair?
